🔴 LIVE: Canelo Alvarez vs. Christian Mbilli • OFFICIAL WEIGH IN | DAZN Boxing

Canelo Alvarez and Christian Mbilli hit the scales and go FACE-TO-FACE at the official weigh-in in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ahead of their huge WBC super-middleweight world title fight. Mexican superstar Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez returns to action looking to reclaim world championship gold as he challenges undefeated WBC super-middleweight champion Christian Mbilli in the headline attraction of ‘Mexico vs. The World’ during Riyadh Season. Canelo (63-3-2, 39 KOs) fights for the first time since his unanimous decision defeat to Terence Crawford in September 2025, which ended his reign at the top of the 168lb division. Following elbow surgery and an extended break from the ring, the four-weight world champion now returns with the opportunity to become WBC champion once again. Standing in his way is the dangerous and unbeaten Christian Mbilli (29-0-1, 24 KOs). The French-Cameroonian pressure fighter captured the WBC interim title with a devastating first-round stoppage of Maciej Sulecki before being elevated to full world champion. His last appearance produced a thrilling split draw with Lester Martinez, a contest later recognised by the WBC as its 2025 Fight of the Year. Mbilli now makes the first defence of his full WBC world title against by far the most experienced and decorated opponent of his professional career. Watch the FULL OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN as Canelo and Mbilli step onto the scales before coming together for their final face-off ahead of fight night in Riyadh. 🥊 CANELO ALVAREZ vs CHRISTIAN MBILLI Canelo Alvarez Record: 63-3-2 Knockouts: 39 Age: 36 Height: 5’7½” Reach: 70½” / 179cm Stance: Orthodox Nationality: Mexican Former undisputed super-middleweight champion Four-weight world champion Christian Mbilli Record: 29-0-1 Knockouts: 24 Age: 31 Height: 5’8½” Reach: 72” / 183cm Stance: Orthodox Nationality: French-Cameroonian WBC super-middleweight world champion Unbeaten as a professional HEAD-TO-HEAD Record: Canelo 63-3-2 | Mbilli 29-0-1 KOs: Canelo 39 | Mbilli 24 KO ratio: Canelo 61.9% | Mbilli 82.8% Height: Canelo 5’7½” | Mbilli 5’8½” Reach: Canelo 70½” | Mbilli 72” Age: Canelo 36 | Mbilli 31 Stance: Both Orthodox Division: Super-Middleweight Championship: WBC Super-Middleweight World Title Mbilli possesses the slight advantages in height and reach and enters with a significantly higher knockout percentage, but Canelo brings vastly greater championship experience after more than two decades as a professional.
