Tony Jeffries, Olympic medalist boxer breaks down what performance enhancing drugs actually do for a fighter, why boxers risk their entire careers on them, and whether boxing applies its own doping rules fairly. Taking these drugs is disgusting and dangerous, and anyone caught should get a lifetime ban. Tony stays honest about why some boxers choose to use PEDs, since the hardest part of a training camp isn't the training, it's the recovery. A fighter who recovers faster trains at 100 percent while everyone else drags themselves in at 60. You can't inject skill, but you can inject the time needed to build it, and over a 10 week camp that advantage compounds.
